What I believe
I believe that Know Thyself is the single best advice we have available.
I believe that we are here to contribute to system life on the basis of the genetic design we have and the implicit talents we have been given.
I believe that happiness and fulfillment are emergent from what we give, not from what we get.

I believe that life is the journey of becoming who we are, while we do what we are.
I believe that we may become wise, because we have first understood what we are about together with others.
I believe that Philosophy is not about knowing Authors and thinkers, but rather about learning to think.
I believe that emotions taint our thoughts and our thoughts inform our beliefs. Understand your emotions, change your thoughts, review your beliefs, improve your world.
I believe that knowing oneself requires going to some levels of depth, for which we need somebody to help us, mostly for keeping our line of thought on useful track.
It is not about therapy, because there is nothing to mend or repair. Most of the times it is about understanding, in such a way that we can build our beliefs, intentions and actions in a consistent way.
I believe that when we know ourselves, we can identify what makes us inspired and enthusiastic, thus simplifying our ways of contributing to the world.
